The Challenge
Carbiz required a complete office renovation, beginning with a full strip-out of the existing space. The works involved removing the existing ceilings, walls, flooring and services, including air conditioning, ducting and amenities, to prepare the space for a complete refurbishment.
The project required the office to be reconfigured into a modern, functional workspace while incorporating new services, finishes and defined work areas.
The Works
Trojan Construction Group rebuilt the space with new Steel Framing and Gyprock Walls, creating a fresh and functional layout. A new Ducted Air Conditioning system was installed throughout the office, along with a complete Electrical Upgrade including new Lighting, Power and final fit-off in accordance with Australian Standards.
The office was fitted with a new Kitchenette featuring new Finishes and Fixtures, while Glass Partitions were installed to create defined workspaces while maintaining an open and light-filled environment. Frosted Glass sections were incorporated where additional privacy was required.
Further works included Painting throughout, new Blinds, Carpet Tiles and Commercial-Grade Carpet to the Stairwell and Landings. The Bathroom was also fully upgraded with new Finishes and Fixtures to complement the refurbished office.
