The Challenge
Fairfax House required a complete renovation and remedial transformation across both the interior and exterior of the property. The project involved extensive construction and finishing works, with a strong focus on detailed joinery, high-end finishes and integrating a range of bespoke design elements throughout the home.
The works required coordination across multiple areas of the property, including the Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living Spaces, Bedrooms, Staircase, Glazing, Flooring, Courtyard and Outdoor Areas.
The Works
Trojan Construction Group delivered extensive internal and external works across Fairfax House. Internal works included a custom Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry, bespoke Joinery, Bathroom upgrades, large-format Glazing, Engineered Timber Flooring and a Feature Staircase with integrated LED lighting and Glass Balustrade.
The project also included Custom Fluted Glass Screens and Shower Screens with Brass Detailing, a Sunken Lounge with integrated LED lighting, detailed Bedroom finishes, a Walk-In Wardrobe and a Master Ensuite featuring a Custom Vanity and Backlit Onyx Marble.
External works included Landscaping, Courtyard upgrades, Black Timber Batten Fencing, Automated Louvres, an Infinity Pool with Automatic Cover, Frameless Glass Balustrading and a Poolside Cabana with integrated Lighting and Misting Systems.
