The Challenge
The Foveaux Street project involved roof and balcony remediation works to address ongoing water ingress affecting private and common areas of the building.
The project required works across multiple levels, including private balconies, rooftop areas and shared courtyards. The objective was to restore waterproofing integrity while improving the functionality and finish of the external spaces, with careful planning required to minimise disruption to residents.
The Works
Trojan Construction Group completed comprehensive Remediation Works across the affected areas, including Surface Preparation, Waterproofing, Screeding and Final Finishes.
Traffic Control was coordinated to safely facilitate the arrival and operation of the Screed Pump Truck on site, ensuring safe access and an efficient workflow while meeting local requirements.
Each stage of the works was carefully coordinated to deliver durable, compliant and high-quality finishes across the building’s private and common external areas.
