The Challenge
The 46 Hall Street, Bondi Beach project involved extensive upgrade works across the property's common areas. The scope covered multiple trades, including electrical, tiling, Gyprock, carpentry, stairwell and door works.
The project required coordinated works throughout the shared areas of the building, including upgrades to existing doors, emergency lighting, intercom systems, flooring and stairways.
The Works
Trojan Construction Group completed a range of carpentry works, including the installation of new solid front and rear doors, door frames and jambs, hinges, handles and locks. New skirting boards were also installed throughout the common areas.
Electrical works included rewiring and upgrading the emergency lighting, while the existing intercom system was relocated to a new position.
Tiling works were completed throughout the common areas and landings, including tiled borders, new steps and risers across the stairways, as well as grouting and caulking throughout the tiled areas.
