The Challenge
Wentworth Partners appointed Trojan Construction Group to complete a comprehensive commercial office fit-out at 112 O’Brien Street, Bondi Beach.
The project began with a complete internal demolition, preparing the tenancy for a full refurbishment. The works required coordination across multiple trades, including Electrical, Tiling, Kitchen, Gyprock, Bathroom, Plumbing, Painting and Shopfront works.
The Works
Trojan Construction Group completed the full internal fit-out, including Demolition, Electrical, Tiling, Kitchen, Gyprock, Bathroom, Plumbing and Painting works.
Electrical works included the installation of Downlights, Power Points and Security Systems.
The new Kitchen featured custom cabinetry and Stone Benchtops, while the Bathroom was fitted with new Tiles, Toilet, Vanity, Shower and Bathroom Accessories.
Gyprock works included all Internal Walls and Ceilings, followed by Painting throughout the Internal Areas, including Walls, Ceilings, Doors and Skirtings.
External works included the installation of Shopfront Glass, a new Shopfront Door and Signage, completing the transformation of the commercial tenancy.
